The Key To Getting Rid Of Stubborn Belly Fat

Turbulence TrainingDo you feel like you’ve tried everything to lose that stubborn belly fat? Diets, exercise plans, supplements and even pills? If so, you’re not alone, there are plenty of people spent quite a lot of money on different kinds of gadgets, late night infomercial stuff, and fad diets. Still others have spent hours at the gym doing sit-ups and crunches. And, all this time and all this expense later, they still haven’t seen the results they want.

Well, throw all that stuff out and stop wasting both money and time. I’m going to lay out a plan for you to lose that stubborn fat for good.

Tips to loose that ugly belly fat

• The first thing to do is to get your exercise plan in line. Not all workouts will shed fat equally. Because, our goal in this effort is to shed fat, not waste time doing sit ups or other useless ab work. It won’t help you to concentrate on the abs exercises when you have a layer of fat over your abs.

Ask any personal trainer that’s been in the game for a while. They’ll tell you that quite a lot of people waste a ridiculous amount of time working on their midsection in the hope of reducing the fat around their abs. They’ll also tell you that there’s better approaches.

Instead, the real strategy is to reduce your overall body fat. You can do this by focusing on a program of resistance training and cardio exercises. You don’t need more than 4 days a week to get results. In fact, a good program done 3 days a week can make those abs start to pop out.

• Raise your metabolism so that you burn calories all day long. This is a secret that many body builders use to achieve ripped abs. They let their body do the work for them. They realize that endless hours of cardio isn’t going to get them into ripped shape for competition and that their metabolism can give them the fat burning boost they need.

The best possible way of increasing the rate of metabolism is to follow an exercise routine which will enable your body to utilize every muscle group. Think about it, what’s more demanding a bicep curl, or squatting with weights. Clearly, the full body workout involves more muscles, is more demanding and can make a greater impact on your muscles and metabolism.

And, full body exercises done with intensity has another effect that is very beneficial for weight loss and can strip stubborn belly fat. It’s a hormonal effect. Basically, doing intense exercise has a positive effect on fat burning hormones, which would have otherwise impossible to elicit by just concentrating on ab exercises or cardio.

Here are some of the exercises you should add to your routine to crank up your metabolism and burn belly fat – dead fit, cleans, squat and presses. If you’re female, and don’t want to add bulk, you can do these exercises, but with higher repetition, 15 – 20 is good. You can also add lunges, dumbbell bench press, lat pull downs, and dumbbell shoulder presses.

• Besides being cautious about your workout regime, it is also quite essential that you pay equal attention to the nutritional aspects of your plan as well. Shoot for balance in your diet. Try to get a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and make sure that you add small helpings of whole grains or brown rice.

Protein is also essential for people who exercise. .8 grams per lb. of lean body weight is a good starting point for most people. Sufficient protein will help you recover from your workouts and keep your metabolism revving high and burning more calories. Try to include protein at every meal.

Always remember, it’s your body and you have to take care of it. Our body needs a balanced and complete diet with all the necessary nutrients, including, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats and proteins. Don’t fall for those crazy plans that have you eliminating healthy foods or fasting. Long term, these can really hurt your health and damage your metabolism.

Also, do not fall for the false promises of insanely high intensity training plans. Your rest and recovery is as important to fat loss as your exercise. You need to be fresh when you walk into that gym, if you plan to sustain your exercise efforts. Getting burned out will not help and can even lead to injury.

Follow these simple rules and I am sure you will be able to get rid of that stubborn belly fat in no time.
