The first thing that you are going to have to do is exercise. There is no way around this one. 60 minutes a day of cardiovascular activity will be a requirement, especially if you want results within 30 days. It can be walking, running, cycling, jogging, jump rope, whatever! But whatever it is, let it be something that you enjoy. Staying with cardiovascular activity can be difficult, so you need to try to get into it as much as you can. A lot of people carry their mp3 players with them to listen to. It always helps to have a beat to move to.

Some people claim that you can burn up to 460 extra calories per day, but I think this is a bit of a stretch. However, it’s been proven that drinking water before your meals helps curb the appetite. One study found that people eat about 75 less calories at a meal when they drink water before eating.

There you have it. Your 30-day weight loss plan. It is simple and very doable for anyone. Just 30 days is all you need in order to get rid of that nasty fat gut.
